# My Appointments (Web)

> Track, cancel and review your bookings

Every booking on one page: upcoming, completed and cancelled.

Your next appointment is highlighted at the top; below it the **All / Upcoming / Completed / Cancelled** tabs filter the list.

  | Field / Element        | What it means                                                                                                               |
  | ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | **Status badge**       | **Pending** (waiting for the business), **Confirmed**, **Completed**, **Cancelled**.                                        |
  | **Session badge**      | Shown on bookings for group services.                                                                                       |
  | **Get Directions**     | Opens the business address in your maps app.                                                                                |
  | **Cancel Reservation** | Cancels the booking; the business is notified instantly.                                                                    |
  | **Rebook**             | Re-books a completed or cancelled appointment in one click.                                                                 |
  | **Rate**               | Once completed, leave a star rating and comment — it appears on the business page. You can **edit** or **delete** it later. |
  | **Load More**          | Loads your older appointments.                                                                                              |
