# My Appointments

> Track, cancel and review your bookings

Every booking in one list: upcoming, completed and cancelled.

  | Field / Element        | What it means                                                                        |
  | ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
  | **Status badge**       | **Pending** (waiting for the business), **Confirmed**, **Completed**, **Cancelled**. |
  | **Session badge**      | Shown on bookings for group services.                                                |
  | **Get Directions**     | Opens the business location in your maps app.                                        |
  | **Cancel Reservation** | Cancels your booking; the business is notified instantly.                            |
  | **Rebook**             | Re-books a completed or cancelled appointment in one tap.                            |
  | **Rate**               | Once completed, leave a star rating and comment — it appears on the business page.   |
