My Appointments

Every booking on one page: upcoming, completed and cancelled.

Your next appointment is highlighted at the top; below it the All / Upcoming / Completed / Cancelled tabs filter the list.

🔎 What you can do here

Field / Element	What it means
Status badge	Pending (waiting for the business), Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled.
Session badge	Shown on bookings for group services.
Get Directions	Opens the business address in your maps app.
Cancel Reservation	Cancels the booking; the business is notified instantly.
Rebook	Re-books a completed or cancelled appointment in one click.
Rate	Once completed, leave a star rating and comment — it appears on the business page. You can edit or delete it later.
Load More	Loads your older appointments.

A reminder is sent 1 hour before your appointment. Car rentals are listed separately under My Car Reservations.
